After church, I asked JV what he learned. His response was , 'I don't know.' Then this evening as we were driving home from Target out of no where he says, "Mom! I learned about Jesus! He gave the people fish." He was so excited to share this with me.
This is the 2nd time we've done the map. This time he was able to recall North America and Australia, the two that they are focusing on at school.
For the heart picture we talked about love. I told him that he could send that picture to someone he loved. I was thinking of one of his grandparents. After a moment, he looked up at me and said, "I love you. So I can give it to you". #heartmelted!
