Camping day 2: At the shore

The first full day of camping JV was finally able to hit the shore.

He had so much fun today that after 2 s'mores before bed, he told us it was time to go to sleep and begain walking to the tent.  After books he asked me to lay with him and as I lay down, his eyes closed and he entered dreamland with the sweetest smile on his face making my heart melt.

Camping day #1: The 3 hour drive

One of JV's favorite things to do is to go camping.  After school, JV hopped in the car and we were off to the camp site.  He was so excited to get to the camp site that he talked, and sang, and asked questions, and made strange noises for the Entire 3 hours!  I just hope this isn't how the 18 hr drive to NC is going to be.
