The Easter Bunny Strikes Again!
The Easter Bunny Strikes Again!
Looks like the Easter Bunny stuck again and this year the Easter bunny left 2 baskets!
Goose had a great time finding all 24 Easter eggs hidden throughout the house.
It looks like Bubbie is enjoying his toy.
Awe, how cute!
And then the mess begins...
Let the good times roll.
Time for big brother to get in on the action.
Lastly a couple of pictures before heading to church.
Happy Easter!

Minnehaha Falls
Ever since we moved here in 2010 people have told us that we needed to check out Minnehaha Falls and Sea Salt Eatery. Once again, we missed out opportunity to eat at the Sea Salt Eatery as it is only open April - Oct. Thank goodness Minnehaha falls was open, although cold this date, for us to explore.
Goose's favorite part was the playground, of course!
Bubbie wanted to explore a little as well.
Focus...
...and agility!
fun times all around!
MN Sculpture Garden
After 5 1/2 years of begging my husband to take me to the MN sculpture garden, he finally did. I was very excited to check out what all the Minnesotans brag about, but I didn't realized that they removed most of the sculptures during the winter. Fortunately, they keep the famous spoon and cherry up year round. Here it is...
Yet another place where a sculpture should be so we used it for a photo opt instead. Thanks MN!
We might as well have a little fun while we are here...

*LT was with us the whole time, but decided that sleep was more important that sculptures and brick wall. Maybe next time, we will have more exciting thing to check out.

Saturday Sledding Adventure
Today we headed to the local elementary school to go sledding and boy does a year make a difference! Last year, it took quite a bit of coaching to get JV to go down the hill by himself and as you will see below, he's turned into quite the little dare devil.
Even 'Bubbie' came out for the adventure. Well for a little while anyway.
And now it begins...
He's looking good
Until the crash that is!
Before we left for the day we had a quick photo session.
Our first family picture!

Ice Skating
Maple Grove, MN built a brand new outdoor ice skating path and warming house that is absolutely gorgeous. I've heard that there are only a handful like it in the States so I feel pretty lucky to get to have one practically in my backyard. The best part is, it's free to skate!
Below is a picture of the ice path from their website: http://www.maplegrovemn.gov/parks-and-recreation/central-park-maple-grove/central-park-ice-skating-loop-trail/
JV and Eva in the warming house gearing up to skate.
Time to hit the ice!
After one warm up lap, JV started to get the hand of it and really picked up momentum. When it was time to go, he said, "Can we come back tomorrow?" I guess next time I should pack snack and hot chocolate so we can stay longer!

A Day at the Pumpkin Patch
I've been itching to get to the pumpkin patch before our October pumpkin makes his grand entrance, so on a record setting 85 degree day we made our way to the farm. Don't laugh, that's HOT for October here in MN!
Whenever I think of Charlie Brown, I think of Grandpa Bob. It's funny how certain seemingly unimportant things can remind you of someone you love. So with that, we have to take a picture, just for the fun of it!
In seek of the perfect pumpkin for the front porch.
Getting Dad's approval...
Yep, that's the one!
Everyone gets a pumpkin, even the unborn.
That face! I just love it!
What would a pumpkin patch be without a gigantic blow up slide for the kids?
Ok, I can do this...
Here we go...
This is awesome!!!
